摘要
目的合成5-羟基黄酮及其衍生物。方法以2,6-二羟基苯乙酮和苯甲酰氯及其衍生物为原料,在无水碳酸钾的催化下发生反后得到了目标化合物,并对其结构进行了表征。结果在无水碳酸钾的催化下一步合成了相应的7个5-羟基黄酮衍生物,其中4b为新化合物。结论采用改良的Baker-Venkataraman法可以一步合成5-羟基黄酮及其衍生物。
Objective To synthetize 5 - hydroxyflavone and its derivatives. Methods Target compounds were prepared from 2,6 - dihydroxy acetophenone with benzoyl chloride directly in dry acetone in the presence of potassium carbonate, The structures of the synthesized flavone compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR. Results Seven 5 - hydroxyflavone and its derivatives were obtained by a onet - step reaction, of the compounds 4 b is reported for the first time for us. Conclusion 5 - hydroxyflavone and its derivatives are received directly by improved Baker- Venkataraman rearrangement reaction.
