摘要
建立了离子色谱检测白酒中甜蜜素的检测方法。样品经水浴蒸干,用超纯水溶解定容后进行色谱分析。通过条件试验,确定了离子色谱检测白酒中的甜蜜素的最佳淋洗液以及淋洗液流速、总离子浓度、pH。
An ion chromatographic method for the determination of Sodium Cyclamate in Distillate spirits products was proposed and reported in this paper.Distillate spirits was dried by the boiling water and dissolved by super pure water,then determined by ion chromatography.We find the best eluent,flowrate,total ion concentration and pH ofmobile phase bycondition test.
