摘要
在固态白酒酿造行业,车间半成品酒的质量管理,说到底是宏观地对人的管理和质量的管理。在白酒生产车间通过推行三项评比和四项规则达到对半成品质量的有效控制,起到了行之有效的效果。现将方法、体会简述于后。供业界同仁商榷斧正。
