摘要
目的:通过测定金银花中有机酸类和黄酮类成分的含量,比较不同产地和加工方法对金银花药材质量的影响。方法:44份样品取自河北巨鹿、河南封丘、山东平邑3个主产区,加工方法包括土烤、晒干、阴干、烘干、杀青等,采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地、不同加工方法对金银花中有机酸类(绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C)、黄酮类(芦丁、木犀草苷、槲皮素)的含量的影响。结果:加工方法对金银花有机酸类和黄酮类成分品质的影响较大,其中杀青、烘干等现代加工方法有利于提高金银花药材的品质。结论:与产地相比,加工方法对金银花的品质影响较大;在加工方法中杀青、烘干等现代加工方法更有利于提升药材品质。该结果为金银花药材质量的评价提供借鉴,对生产实践中金银花的产地和加工方法的选择具有指导意义。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of Lonicera japonica Flos produced in different producing areas with various processing methods. Methods: A total of 44 samples were collected from Julu,Fengqiu and Pingyi county,and six bioactive compounds,namely chlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A,isochlorogenic acid C,rutin,luteoloside and quercetin were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography( HPLC) method. Results: Modern processing methods( kill-enzyme torrefaction and fixing machine drying),which should be popularized in producing areas,were superior to the traditional methods( sun and shade drying). Conclusion: Based on material foundation of Lonicera japonica Flos,theoretical support is provided for the selection and popularizion of processing methods in practical production.
