药用植物内生真菌代谢产物的活性研究进展

Research on Activities of Medicinal Plant Endophytic Fungi Metabolites

药用植物内生真菌代谢产物是一类尚未完全开发的天然化合物资源,从药用植物内生真菌中寻找新的生物活性成分已成为研究热点。因此,利用内生真菌发酵实现生物活性物质的工业化生产,不但有利于珍稀濒危药用植物资源的保护,而且对减少野生药用植物多样性的破坏具有重要意义。简要综述了近10年来药用植物内生真菌代谢产物的抗肿瘤、抗菌及免疫抑制等活性的最新研究进展。

Medicinal plant endophytic fungi metabolites are a class of natural compound resources which are not yet fully developed; it has become a hot topic that we search for new bioactive compounds from medicinal plant endophytic fungi. Thus,making use of endophytic fungi fermentation to achieve the industrial productions of bioactive substances is not only conducive to rare and endangered medicinal plant resource protection,but also to reduce the destruction of wild medicinal plant diversity. It mainly reviews the researches of the metabolites produced by endophytic fungi including anti-tumor,antimicrobial and immunosuppressive activity during the past decade.
