腹针结合热敏化灸及功能锻炼治疗颈型颈椎病的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Treatment Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture,Heat-sensitive Moxibustion and Functional Exercise on Cervical Spondylosis with Neck Type

目的:研究腹针结合热敏化灸及功能锻炼对颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法,将符合纳入标准的患者分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组采用薄氏腹针结合热敏化灸及功能锻炼的综合治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗。治疗后,对两组的临床症状、体征进行评分,并进行总体的镇痛和综合疗效评价。结果:两组的症状体征各项评分和综合评分在治疗后均降低(P<0.01),但治疗组与对照组相比较,疼痛程度评分、疼痛范围评分、颈部活动受限评分和总体症状评分更低(P<0.05),镇痛疗效和综合疗效更好(P<0.05)。结论:以薄氏腹针结合热敏化灸及功能锻炼的综合疗法较常规针刺远近配穴疗法治疗颈型颈椎病无论是在改善症状还是在总体疗效方面均更有优势。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment combined with abdominal acu- puncture, heat - sensitive moxibustion and functional exercise on cervical spondylosis with neck type. Methods： According to randomized controlled method, the patients that met the criteria were divided into therapy group and control group. While therapy group was treated with abdominal acupuncture, heat - sensitive moxibustion and functional exercise;control group was treated with normal acupuncture treatment. The clinical symptoms and signs were scored, and overall analgesic effect and therapeutic effect were evaluated after the treatment. Results： The two groups were decreased in the scores of each symptoms and each signs and in composite score after treatment（ P 〈0.01 ）,but therapy group was decreased more than control group in the score of pain degree, in the score of pain range, in the score of neck mobility rates （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and it was better than control group in the analgesic effect and overall effect （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： As to the effect on the cervical spondylosis with neck type, the comprehensive treatment combined with abdominal acupuncture, heat -sensitive moxibustion and functional exercise is more prominent than the normal acupuncture therapy in relieving the symptoms or in overall effect.
