摘要
目的:探讨电针结合康复训练治疗中风后足下垂的疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组进行常规康复治疗,治疗组在常规康复治疗的基础上进行电针治疗。结果:对照组与治疗组均能改善中风后足下垂症状,但治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合康复训练治疗更有助于中风后足下垂患者的功能恢复。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of patients on foot drop after stroke by electro - acupuncture combined with rehabilitative technology. Methods：Sixty patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. The contorl group was treated by rehabilitation. The treatment group was treated by electro - acupuncture plus rehabilitative technology. Results： The symptom of foot drop was improved in both control and treatment groups, but the clinically therapeutic effect was significantly better in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Electro - acupuncture plus rehabilitative technology is more helpful in restoring the function of patients with foot drop after stroke.
