针灸治疗哮喘临床文献计量学分析

Metrological Analysis of Clinical Literature of Asthma Treated by Acupuncture

目的:探寻针灸治疗哮喘的常用有效方法。方法:采用文献计量学及数据挖掘的方法,对针灸治疗哮喘的临床文献进行系统分析。结果:采用单一针灸方法治疗哮喘的文献占59.42%,其中腧穴敷贴应用最为广泛,占总文献的22.51%。结论:针灸治疗哮喘操作简单、疗效显著且无副作用,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective： To investigate the more effective and frequently - used acupuncture therapies for asthma. Methods：The methods of literature metrology and data mining were used to systematically analyze the clinical literature of asthma treated by acupuncture. Results：The literatures used by single acupuncture method accounted for 59. 42% , and the most wildly used acupuncture method was acupoint application, accounted for 22.51%. Conclusion：Acupuncture is an efficient method to treat asthma.
