足三里穴位注射辨证施治肿瘤化疗所致恶心呕吐的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Zusanli Point- injection with Syndrome Differentiation Treatment for Chemotherapy- induced Nausea and Vomiting

目的:观察辨证足三里穴位注射配合5-HT3受体拮抗剂治疗恶性肿瘤化疗所致恶心呕吐(CINV)的临床疗效。方法:将60例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,其中对照组及治疗组各30例,两组在化疗期间每天于化疗前30 min给予托烷司琼注射液6 mg加入生理盐水100 ml中静脉滴注直至化疗结束。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用辨证足三里穴位注射法,于每日化疗前30 min给予穴位注射1次,交替取穴。比较两组化疗后24 h内和24 h后恶心呕吐的情况。结果:化疗后24 h内,治疗组和对照组有效率分别为80%、73.33%,而24 h后治疗组和对照组有效率分别为96.67%、80%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证足三里穴位注射法对防治CINV具有较好的疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation Zusanli point - injection combined with 5 - HT3 receptor antagonist for CINV. Methods：60 patients with cancer were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in the observation group administered with syndrome differentiation Zusanli point - injection combined with tropisetron, and 30 in the control group with tropisetron only. Compare between two groups within 24 h and after 24 h the nausea and vomiting situation after chemotherapy. Results： Within 24 h af- ter chemotherapy, the efficiency of the observation group and the control group respectively 80% and 73.33% ; while after 24 h, the efficiency of the two groups was 96.67% and 80%. The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group, and there was a significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Syndrome differentiation Zusanli point - injection has a good curative effect on CINV.
