白芨组织培养快繁技术研究综述

Research Progress on the Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Bletilla striata

组培快繁技术是白芨种苗大规模生产的一种主要途径。该文从白芨组培的外植体选择及消毒、培养基、激素的选择及炼苗移栽等研究方面进行了综述,以期为开发和保护白芨提供参考。

Rapid propagation and tissue culture is the major economical approach toproduce plantlets of Bletilla striata on a large scale. This review discussed the advances of research on the selection and steril-ization of explants,medium compositions and hormone concentration,transfer of plantlet and so on,which could provide some references for exploiting and protecting the plants.
