三联术治疗中重度直肠前突的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of the Three-in-one Procedure in the Treatment of Mid- and Severe Rectocele

为探讨三联术治疗中重度直肠前突（RC）的临床疗效，回顾采用三联术（肛门扩大术、直肠黏膜切除绕钳缝合修补术、消痔灵注射术）治疗的200例RC患者资料。结果显示，200例患者中，治愈162例（81．0％），显效24例（12．0％），有效8例（4．0％），无效6例（3．0％），总有效率为97．0％（194／200）。结果表明，三联术治疗RC疗效确切、安全可靠。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of the three-in-one procedure for treating mid- and severe rectocele （RC）. Authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 200 patients with RC who had received the three-in-one procedure for their RC,i. e anal enlargement,resecting rectal mueosa and suture repair by coiling forceps,and injecting Xiaozhiling. As results,162 cases were cured （81.0%） ,24 of excellent response（12. 0%）, 8 of response（4. 0%）, 6 of non-response（3. 0%）, thus total effective rate was 97.0%（194/200）. Results show that the three-in-one procedure in the treatment of RC is safe and reliable, and has certain effect.
