联合手术治疗出口梗阻型便秘43例临床分析

A Combination Procedure in the Treatment of Outlet Obstruction Constipation：Clinical Analysis on 43 Cases

为探讨联合手术治疗JB口梗阻型便秘（OOC）的临床疗效，采用联合手术（PPH、直肠高位柱状缝合术、硬化剂注射术、盆底封闭术）治疗OOC患者43例，将患者术后2周、1个月、6个月便秘症状评分与术前评分进行对比分析。结果显示，43例患者均顺利完成手术，手术创面全部愈合。术后2周、1个月、6个月便秘症状评分均明显低于术前，P〈0．01。结果表明，联合手术治疗OOC可有效消除或缓解便秘症状。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of the following combination procedure for treating outlet obstruction constipation（OOC）,included PPH, high cylindrical suture for rectum, sclerosing agent injection, and pelvic floor closure. The 43 cases of OOC received this procedure, their constipation symptoms score at 2 weeks, 1 month and 6 months after operation was compared with preoperative score and analyzed. As results, all the patients were performed on smoothly and completely, and their wound-surface was all healing;postoperative scores were significantly lower than preoperative ones（ P 〈0.01）. These results indicate that this combination procedure for OOC can effectively remove or reduce constipation symptoms.
