盆底生物反馈疗法加针刺八谬穴治疗盆底失弛缓综合征所致便秘的临床疗效

Biofeedback for Pelvic Floor Combined with Acupuncture at Eight-liao Acupoint in the Treatment of Constipation Induced by Anismus：Clinical Effect

为探讨盆底生物反馈疗法加针刺八髂穴治疗盆底失弛缓综合征所致便秘的临床疗效，将60例盆底失弛缓综合征所致的便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组给予盆底生物反馈治疗加针刺八露穴，对照组单纯给予生物反馈疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗后排便情况、肛门测压情况及总体疗效。结果显示，两组患者治疗前排便情况各指标评分及肛门测压结果比较，差异均无统计学意义，P〉0．05。治疗后两组患者排便周期、排便时间、排便方式、排便不尽感、肛门坠胀感、便质方面评分及肛管静息压、肛管最大缩榨压、直肠初始感觉阈值、直肠最大耐受阈值均下降，其中治疗组各指标下降更明显，P〈0．05或P〈0．01或P〈0．001。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，盆底生物反馈疗法加针刺八髂穴治疗盆底失弛缓综合征所致便秘简便易行，效果显著。

In order to investigate the clinical effect of biofeedback for pelvic floor combined with acupuncture at eight-liao acupoint for treating constipation induced by anismus, authors randomly divided 80 patients with this disease into treatment group and control group,30 cases for each;treatment group received this combination therapy,while control group alone biofeedback for pelvic floor;then the whole effects,the status on postoperative defecation and anal manometry were compared between both groups. As results,in above indexes there all was no statistical difference（ P 〉0.05） between both groups,and the defecation cycle,the time for bowel movement,the defecation way,the defecation feeling endless,anal tenesmus and the stool nature score in both groups were all improved, meanwhile anal rest pressure, anal maximum squeeze pressure,initial sensation threshold of rectum,and maximum tolerance threshold of rectum in both groups were all declined, however, treatment group was more significant than control group（ P 〈0. 05, or P 〈 0.01,and P〈0. 001）. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, P 〈0.05. Results show that above combination therapy for treating constipation induced by anismus is simple and feasible,and of significant outcomes.
