止痛如神汤保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Retention Enema with Zhitong Rushen Decoction in the Treatment of Radiation Proctitis

为探讨止痛如神汤保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎的临床疗效，将52例放射性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各26例，治疗组用止痛如神汤保留灌肠，对照组用生理盐水加庆大霉素8万u保留灌肠，每天1次，5d为1个疗程，两疗程间隔2d，共治疗8个疗程。比较两组总体疗效、主要症状及结肠镜下肠黏膜病变评分、大便常规、不良反应。结果显示，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗后两组主要症状及结肠镜下肠黏膜病变评分、大便常规检验中红细胞和白细胞数量均明显降低，P〈0．05；但治疗组降低更明显，P〈0．05或P〈0．01。结果表明，止痛如神汤保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

This stu tion （a formula of dy was to investigate the clinical effect of retention enema with Zhitong Rushen decocChinese herbs） for treating radiation proctitis. The 52 patients with radiation proctitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,26 cases for each one;treatment group received the decoction for retention enema,control one was given with normal saline plus eighty thousand U （8 × 10^4 U） of Gentamycine for enema, 1 time/d, 1 treatment course/5d,a interval between each two treatment courses was 2 days, the total course number was 8;the whole effects, the score on main symptoms and intestinal mucosa lesion shown by colonscopy, routine stool test results and adverse reaction of both groups were compared. As results, total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈0.05） ;in both groups the scores on two items,and the number of RBC and WBC reported by routine stool test were significantly decreased（ P 〈0.05）,but treatment group decreased more significantly（ P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. Results show that this decoction for treating radiation proctitis has great clinical effect ,is worthy to be popularized to use.
