重新认识早产儿脑损伤 被引量:17

摘要 围产医学的迅速发展使得早产儿存活率显著提高,但早产儿脑损伤带来的远期后遗症,严重影响早产儿的生长发育,给社会和家庭带来巨大负担.美国每年出生的极低出生体重儿(very low birth weight infant,VLBWI)约6.3万,占活产儿的1.5%,其中25%~50%会发生认知、行为、注意力和社会适应等障碍[1],5%~10%会发生运动障碍(脑性瘫痪)[2].我国依据医院产科记录统计的早产儿发生率为7.8%,其中VLBWI占9.1%[3].
