摘要
作为一种政府干预民办教育的有效模式,家长主义的核心特征是为了保护民办教育的利益而限制民办教育的自由。在中国教育话语体系中,家长主义政府干预并未确立真正的主体地位。在对政府家长主义理论分析的基础上,通过论证家长主义政府干预民办教育的构成条件、正当性,提出了家长主义政府干预模式的应当性路径。结合中国教育等现实情况,可以确立家长主义作为一种政府干预民办教育模式的地位。
As an effective model of government intervening non-government education, the core feature of paternalism is to safeguard the interests of non-government education, but limit its freedom of develop- ment at the same time. In Chinese educational discourse system, paternalism has not established the dominant position yet. On the basis of theoretical analysis of government paternalism, after demonstrating the compositional condition and legitimacy of government intervention on non-government education, this paper puts up with some intervention approaches for paternalism government combining. With the practical Chinese education,this paper proposes that the position of paternalism as a model of government intervening non-government education can be set up.
