高校学科实力的省域比较研究——基于2012年学科评估的结果

Provincial Comparative Study on Discipline Strength of Colleges and Universities——Based on the results of discipline evaluation in 2012

通过对2012年学科评估结果的统计分析,发现省域之间高校学科实力差异巨大。根据统计结果,30个省份可以分为5个集团,北京市遥遥领先,江苏省、上海市、湖北省随其后而处于第二集团,四川、山东等10省份处于第三集团,吉林、辽宁等6省份处于第四集团,河北省、山西省等10省份处于第五集团。在国家实施"985"、"211"工程奠定的省域学科实力基本格局下,经济发展的巨大差异成为改变省域学科实力排名的首要因素,而各省份高校的历史、地理特征对此也产生了不可忽视的影响。

Through the statistical analysis of the results of discipline evaluation in 2012 found that the differences between the provincial disc;pline strength is huge. According to the statistical results, 30 provinces can be divided into 5 groups, Beijing is ahead, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Hubei later while in the sec- ond group. Sichuan, Shandong and other 10 provinces in the third group, Jilin, Liaoning and other 6 provinces in the fourth group, Hehei province, Shanxi province and other 10 provinces in the fifth group. Under the basic pattern of provincial discipline strength which established by the implementation of national ＂985＂ project and ＂211＂ project, great differences in economic development became the primary factor to change the ranking of provincial discipline strength, and the history, geographical feature of the college and university in each province also have an effect that can not be ignored.
