摘要
长江传媒大厦主楼建筑高度为243m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构。综合考虑结构体系特点、超限程度及分析结果,主楼结构抗震性能目标为C级。对该超高层建筑进行了整体结构弹性计算、弹性动力时程分析和弹塑性动力时程分析,重点阐述了本工程设计中桁架转换、斜柱转换和楼板受拉应力控制等技术难点问题以及采取的相应技术措施。介绍了结合本工程特点提出的相关抗震加强措施。
The main building of Yangtze River Media Mansion with height of 243 meters adopts reinforced concrete framecore tube structure. The C level of performance objective was selected for the seismic performance with taking into account the structural system characteristic,ultra limited extent and analysis results. The elastic analysis,linear-elastic dynamic time-history analysis and inelastic dynamic time-history analysis of the entire structure were carried out on the super highrise building. The key crucial technical problems and the corresponding solutions in structural design,such as the truss transition,diagonal column transition and the stress control of the floor system in tension were introduced. In addition,the seismic strengthening measures were presented.
