摘要
针对一栋总高200m、首层层高30m的板式转换的超高超限工程,比较了高位转换层的三种结构形式,介绍了本工程在小震、中震、大震作用下的各项总体计算结果,着重介绍了针对高位转换层而展开的各项计算工作及所采取的抗震措施,并分析了四种侧向刚度比算法对本工程的适用性,最后介绍了本工程的振动台试验结果。结果表明,本工程的受力和抗震性能满足要求,设计是可行的。
Aiming at an out-of-code super-tall building with height of 200 metres and 30 metres high plate-transfer story in the first floor,three structural forms of high transfer-story were compared,and the whole integral calculation results were introduced under the frequent earthquake,the medium earthquake and the rare earthquake. Calculations and seismic measures aimed at the high transfer-story were emphasized,and the applicability of four calculation methods of the lateral stiffness ratio in this project was introduced. Finally,the results of the shaking table test were introduced. The results show that the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the project can meet the requirements and the design is feasible.
