摘要
长沙华远·金外滩三四期的R1&R2塔楼为超限高层建筑,高宽比为10.8。对结构进行了小震下的反应谱分析,并分别运用SATWE和ETABS两种软件进行整体计算、分析和对比。在反应谱分析的基础上,利用ETABS软件进行了弹性时程反应分析,分析结果满足现行规范的相关要求。根据工程自身的特性,对结构设定了适宜的性能目标,完成了在设防烈度地震下中震弹性和中震不屈服的计算分析;采用ABAQUS软件对结构进行大震下的动力弹塑性时程分析,实现结构的性能化设计。工程对风荷载较敏感,舒适度计算是结构设计的主要控制指标之一。
The R1R2 tower building of the 3rd and the 4th phase buildings of Huayuan Golden Bund in Changsha is an out-of-code high-rise building. The height to width ratio of the building is 10. 8. Response spectrum analysis of the structure under the frequent earthquake was done. SATWE and ETABS software were used to carry out integral calculation, analysis and comparison of the structure. Based on the response spectrum analysis,elastic time-history analysis was conducted by ETABS software and the results can meet related requirements of the present code. According to the characteristics of the project itself,the appropriate seismic performance objectives of the structure were set,the elastic and non-yielding analysis under the medium earthquake were completed. Dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis was conducted by ABAQUS software under the rare earthquake to ensure the completion of performance-based design. This project is sensitive to wind load,so the human comfortableness is one of the main control factors in design.
