空间桁架拱支单层椭球面网壳结构设计与分析 被引量:9

Structural design and analysis of an ellipsoidal single-layer reticulated shell supported by spatial arch trusses

摘要 天津米立方建筑造型为椭球面,根据建筑造型提出型钢拱、双层网壳、拱支单层网壳三种结构体系方案并进行了初步的对比分析,综合考虑各方面因素后最终选用拱支单层网壳结构体系。建立结构ANSYS有限元模型,对结构在各种荷载组合下进行了静力分析、自振特性分析以及振型分解反应谱分析,得到了结构的受力、变形、振型以及抗震性能的特性。对不考虑檩条作用以及考虑檩条作用的结构分别进行了双重非线性稳定分析,结果表明,不考虑檩条时双重非线性稳定分析的稳定系数大于2,结构中檩条使得结构的整体稳定性提高了1/3。 An ellipsoidal roof is adopted as the architectural design of Tianjin Rice Grain Cube. Three different structural system schemes were put forward according to the architectural design and compared,including section steel arches, double-layer reticulated shell and arch-supported single-layer reticulated shell. The arch-supported single-layer reticulated shell system was adopted considering all the factors. The ANSYS finite element model of the structure was established. Static analysis was conducted under all kinds of load combinations,as well as the natural vibration characteristic analysis and the response spectrum analysis. Stress characteristics, deformation, vibration modes and seismic performance characteristics were obtained. Dual nonlinear analyses of the structure with purlins and without purlins were carried out respectively,and the results show that the stability factor of the structure without purlins is greater than 2 and purlins improve structure overall stability by 1 /3.
