摘要
某大跨度空间网壳结构是三个壳体相连的空间曲面双层网壳,由一个直径140m、两个直径80m的空间曲线旋转相交而成,网壳上弦为六边形网格,下弦为三角形和六边形网格,屋面材料为ETFE气枕,建筑造型独特,空间受力复杂。为实现建筑创意,提出了基于六边形蜂窝异形曲面网壳结构的三维建模方法,通过风洞试验,确定了结构风荷载取值;采用3D3S,SAP2000和ANSYS等多种程序,对网壳结构进行了静力分析,解决了大跨度异形曲面网壳结构的建模及计算分析难题。
The large span space latticed shell is a space double-layer latticed shell structure connected by three space shells. It is circumvolved with one space curve of diameter 140m and two space curves of diameter 80m. The upper chord of latticed shell is hexagonal network,whereas the bottom chord consists of triangles and hexagons. Roofing material is ETFE air pillow. It has unique modeling and complex space force. To come true the building ideas,3D modeling method based on the hexagonal honeycomb special-shaped surface latticed shell structure was proposed. Through the wind tunnel test,the structure wind load value was determined. The static performance of special-shaped latticed shell structure was carried out by using 3D3S,SAP2000 and ANSYS program to solve the modeling and calculation problems of the large span special-shaped latticed shell structure.
