摘要
为降低涤纶织物的染色温度,研究了环保型载体香兰素对涤纶分散染料低温染色的作用效果。通过正交试验,确定优化的染色工艺为:染料用量为2%(omf),香兰素用量20%(omf),100℃保温染色35min,不需调节pH值。香兰素的加入可有效地降低染色温度。
In order to reduce the dyeing temperature of polyester fabric,the effect of an environmental-friendly carrier vanillin on low temperature dyeing of polyester with disperse dyes is studied. The optimum dyeing process is determined by orthogonal experiments as follows： dye 2%（ omf）,vanillin 20%（ omf）,dyeing at100 ℃ for 35 min without pH value adjustment. The results show that vanillin can effectively lower the dyeing temperature.
