再生活性黑墨水的配制及性能

Preparation and properties of reactive dye ink Regenerated Black

以Jettex R Black V墨水为例,对数码喷墨印花中产生的废墨进行回收再利用,制备再生活性染料墨水Regenerated Black;比较了Jettex R Black V墨水与Regenerated Black的性能,讨论了回收废墨用量、助溶剂种类及用量、pH值调节剂用量、保湿剂用量对Regenerated Black稳定性的影响。结果表明,以废墨30%,N-甲基-2吡咯烷酮5%、三羟基氨基甲烷0.5%,乙二醇4%,去离子水60.5%配制的Regenerated Black,不但具有较好的稳定性,且墨水粒径、表面张力、黏度、电导率等均符合数码喷墨印花墨水的要求。

Used reactive ink of Jettex R Black V is reclaimed from digital inkjet printing to prepare reactive dye ink Regenerated Black. The properties of Regenerated Black and fresh Jettex R Black V ink are compared. The influences of dosages of used ink,cosolvent,pH regulator and humectant on stability of Regenerated Black ink are investigated. The results show that the Regenerated Black ink prepared with used ink30 %,N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone 5 %,Tris 0. 5 %,ethanediol 4 % and deionized water 60. 5 % has better stability and satisfactory characteristics for digital inkjet printing including particle size,surface tension,viscosity and conductivity et al.
