耳穴贴压促进胃癌术后胃肠功能恢复的研究

Research on auricular acupressure promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with gastric cancer

[目的]探讨耳穴贴压促进胃癌术后胃肠功能恢复及预防术后并发症的作用。[方法]选择60例择期行胃癌根治术的患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组行禁食、胃肠减压、营养支持等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上行耳穴贴压,通过观察两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气/排便时间和术后并发症(如恶心呕吐、腹胀)发生率,来评价耳穴贴压促进胃癌术后胃肠功能恢复及预防术后并发症的作用效果。[结果]观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气/排便时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后早期观察组恶心呕吐、腹胀发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]耳穴贴压可促进胃癌术后胃肠功能恢复,并有效预防术后并发症。

[Objective]To explore the effect of auricular acupressure on promoting recovery of gastrointestinal function and prevention of postoperative complications in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.[Methods]Sixty selective patients underwent radical gastrectomy were randomized divided into control group（30 cases）and observation group（30 cases）.The patients in control group were treated with routine treatment which included fasting,gastrointestinal decompression and nutritional support,et al.The patients in observation group were treated with auricular pressure therapy intervention besides the above measures.By measuring the patients recovery time of bowel sound,anal exhaust,defecate time and postoperative complications incidence of nausea,vomiting and abdominal distension to determine the effect of auricular pressure therapy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.[Results]The recovery time of bowel sound,anal exhaust and defecate time in observation group patients was significantly less than that in the control goup（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of nausea,vomiting and abdominal distension in observation group patients was significantly lower than that in the control goup（P＜0.05）.[Conclusion]Auricular acupressure can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence rate of nausea,vomiting and abdominal distension.
