摘要
[目的]观察雷公藤多苷对溃疡性结肠炎模型小鼠IL-1、TNF-α、IL-13的影响。[方法]采用右旋葡聚糖硫酸钠法(DSS)复制BALB/c小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,雷公藤多苷灌胃给药7d后,采用ELISA酶联法检测结肠组织匀浆蛋白细胞因子(IL-1、TNF-α和IL-13)的含量。[结果]雷公藤多苷组小鼠结肠组织中IL-1、TNF-α含量明显下降(P<0.05),IL-13含量上升。[结论]雷公藤多苷通过影响细胞因子水平而达到抗溃疡性结肠炎的作用。
[Objective]To observe the effects of Tripterygium glycosides on ulcerative colitis in mice model IL-1,TNF-α,IL-13.[Methods]Using dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)method to copy the model of BALB/c mice ulcerative colitis,Tripterygium glycosides was administered for 7 days,and using ELISA method detection of cytokines in colon tissue homogenate protein(IL-1,TNF-α and IL-13)levels.[Results] IL-1 and TNF-αlevel decrease significantlyin Tripterygium glycosides group mice colon tissue(P<0.05),but the level of IL-13increases(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Through affecting the levels of cytokines,Tripterygium glycosides can reach to anti-ulcer colitis.
