输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术在复杂上尿路结石的应用 被引量:7

摘要 输尿管上段结石发病率高,是引起尿路梗阻及肾功能不全的常见原因,输尿管上段复杂性肾结石包括了多发性肾结石、鹿角样结石、铸型结石、巨大肾结石等。其常见的临床表现为肾区及输尿管走行区疼痛,梗阻严重者会导致肾盂积水明显,引起肾脏功能异常,若不及时处理会造成严重后果。开腹手术是最常用的传统治疗方法,但其组织创伤大,并发症多。输尿管镜碎石术对结石清除率高,但也属于有创治疗。经输尿管钬激光碎石术是一种较新的治疗方法,钬激光具有可以粉碎任何成分的肾结石的优势,同时其还可以处理手术中出血,输尿管息肉及狭窄等,利用钬激光的高能量对结石进行粉碎而达到治疗效果,对于输尿管上段结石的治疗效果明显。本研究中,研究者通过分组对照研究,着重观察经输尿管钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石的临床疗效,探讨其临床应用价值。
