摘要 干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死给科学家、临床医生和患者带来了希望。近期快速发展的分子影像技术对揭示干细胞治疗心肌梗死的机制发挥了重要作用,已迅速成为动物实验中验证和优化干细胞移植方案的必要工具。放射性核素、磁共振及光学成像等分子影像技术可非侵袭性评估移植细胞的归宿。该文介绍示踪干细胞治疗心肌梗死的分子影像技术的最新进展,探讨每种技术的优缺点以及临床适用性。 Stem cell transplantation holds the great promise and interest of therapy for myocardial infarction among scientists,clinicians and patients. With the development of sciences,molecular imaging has played a critical role not only in the evaluation of the recovery of cardiac function but also in providing important insights into the mechanism of action of stem cells. Molecular imaging,in its many forms,has rapidly become a necessary tool for the validation and optimisation of stem cell engrafting strategies in preclinical studies. These include a suite of radionuclide,magnetic resonance and optical imaging strategies to noninvasively evaluate the fate of transplanted cells. In this review,we focus on the state-of-the-art progress of the various imaging techniques for cardiac stem cell therapy,and present the strengths,limitations and clinical applicability of each technique.
