山莨菪碱穴位注射治疗梅尼埃病60例

60 Cases of Meniere's Disease Treatment by Point Injection with Anisodamine

目的:观察山莨菪碱穴位注射治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法:将115例梅尼埃病患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组55例。观察组采用山莨菪碱穴位注射治疗;对照组使用西药常规治疗。结果:总改善率观察组97.5%,对照组85.0%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);控制率:观察组为47.5%,远大于对照组的25%,差别显著(P<0.05)。结论:山莨菪碱穴位注射治疗梅尼埃病的疗效优于西药常规治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Meniere＇s disease with anisodamine point injection. Methods： 115 cases of Meniere＇s disease were randomly divided into treatment group with 60 cases and control group with 55 cases. The treatment group were treated with anisodamine point injection therapy,while the control group were treated with the conventional western medicine therapy. Results： The total effective rate was 97. 5% in the treatment group and 85. 0% in the control group,there was significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. For the curing rate： the treatment group was 47. 5%,and 25% in the control group,the difference was significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： anisodamine point injection treatment of Meniere＇s disease is more effective than conventional western medicine treatment.
