中医药治疗慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化实验研究进展

Advances in the Experimental Research on the Treatment of Pancreatic Fibrosis Due to Chronic Pancreatitis in Traditional Chinese Medicine

慢性胰腺炎(chronic pancreatitis,CP)是消化系统常见疾病之一,由多种原因引起胰腺组织和功能反复或持续性损害,其主要病理特征表现为胰腺纤维化。目前西医治疗多以缓解症状为主,尚无特效疗法。中医药疗法由于具有多靶点、多途径、综合性强的特点,在慢性胰腺炎的治疗中有一定优势。迄今实验研究已建立起多种CP实验动物模型。可以从脾论治,从瘀论治,异病同治等思路来防治CP纤维化。本文概述中医药治疗CP纤维化的实验研究进展,为今后CP的研究提供参考。

Chronic pancreatitis is one of the most common digestive system diseases,which is caused by various factors,leading to repeated or continuous damage of pancreatic tissue and function,the main pathological characteristic is pancreatic fibrosis. At present western medicine mainly can relieve the symptoms and has no specific treatment. The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is charactized by multi- target,multi- path and comprehensive,which has a certain advantage in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis. so far the experimental research have established sveral experimental animal models of CP. To prevent and treat pancreatic fibrosis caused by chronic pancreatitis,we can treat from spleen,treat from stasis and treat different diseases with same therapy. This article overviews the advances in the experimental research on the treatment of pancreatic fibrosis due to chronic pancreatitis in traditional Chinese medicine, providing a reference for future research on CP.
