在安全评价中,通过对危险、有害因素的分析与辨识,确定风险程度,从而有针对性的提出安全对策措施,把危险控制在可接受的程度。本文分析了安全评价工作的重要性、安全与危险的辩证关系及提出安全对策措施的方法、内容。

In the safety evaluation, through analysis and identification of the dangerous and harmful factors, the degree of risk is determined, then some safety measures can be put forward, and the risk can be controlled in an acceptable level. In this paper, the importance of the safety evaluation was analyzed as well as the dialectical relationship between safety and hazard, and the method to determine safety measures was discussed.
