摘要
硫含量的分析在油品的分析中具有重要意义。能量色散X射线荧光光谱法作为一种快捷高效、绿色环保的分析方法,已经广泛应用于各种油品硫含量的分析。本文主要对能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测量油品硫含量的工作原理、工作曲线建立、样品分析进行介绍,通过论证得出能量色散X射线荧光光谱法在测量油品硫含量中具有重要应用价值的结论。
Analysis of sulfur content is important in the analysis of the oil. Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry as an efficient and environmental protection analysis method has been widely used in various oil sulfur content analysis. In this paper, the principle of the energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to measure the sulfur content in the oil was introduced as well as how to establish working curve and sample analysis. It's pointed out that the energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry has important application value in determining sulfur content in the oil.
