国际贸易中心城市的共性特征

International trade central city's common characteristics

以纽约、伦敦、东京为全球性国际贸易中心城市的样本,以香港、新加坡为区域性国际贸易中心城市的样本,在分析各自地理区位、产业特征、基础设施和制度建设的基础上,总结其建设过程中的经验。最后得出,国际贸易中心城市具有的四大共性特征是:优越的地理区位和港口条件是国际贸易中心城市建设的基础;发达的制造业是国际贸易中心城市建设的先期产业基础,发达的服务业是后期的保障;完善的基础设施和良好的制度保障,是国际贸易中心城市建设的重要保障条件。

Finally, we come to such a conclusion, first of all, excellent geographical location and port conditions is the basis for the construction of an international trade center of the city, and secondly, well-developed manufacturing in- dustry is the basis of the International Trade Centre pre-industrial urban construction, again, well-developed service industry is to protect the latter, the fi- nal sound infrastructure and good security system is an important security conditions in international trade center city construction. That is the four common features of the ITC.
