在对汽车左、右轮罩注塑件模具结构设计过程进行分析和研究的基础上,阐述了此类注塑件模具设计的流程。介绍了Moldflow分析软件在注塑模具中的作用。通过汽车左右轮罩注塑生产验证,该件设计方案合理,成型的产品符合质量要求,可供类似零件模具设计参考。

Based on the analysis and research of the automobile left and right wheeling cowling injection mold,the aim of this article is to explain the design procedure of such kind of injection mold and to introduce the value of Moldflow in injection mold, By testing the products of automobile wheel cowling,we find that the design is reasonable.The end-products can meet the requirement on quality.So,it can provide reference for the design of similar part mold.
