摘要
内燃机车是地铁一种非常重要的行车设备,既可用于工程作业,也可用于电客车的调车和救援。首先对地铁内燃机车进行介绍与说明,重点分析了内燃机车PLC控制系统的重要信号收集、柴油机转速控制以及机车起动走行等内容,并结合内燃机车的实际运用,指出程序设计上存在的不足,提出优化设计方案,以进一步提高内燃机车运用的稳定性,同时通过增设应急旁路,提高机车的作业效率、降低影响地铁正线运营的风险。
As a very important driving device of subway,the diesel locomotives can be used in industrial engineering as well as shunting and rescuing of electric passenger cars. Firstly, the article makes a introduction and description for the subway diesel locomotive, focusing on analyzing important signal collection of the diesel locomotives PLC’s control system,speed control of diesel engine and the locomotive starting,etc. And then pointed out deficiencies of program design and proposed optimization design scheme through combining the practical application of the diesel locomotives, in order to further improve the stability of diesel locomotives. At the same time, the operation efficiency of locomotive can be improved and the risk of influence on the subway’s mainline operation can be reduced by adding emergency bypass.
