以欧陆590C直流调速器组成的直流调速系统为例,阐述了直流调速系统维修保养的基本方法;用故障实例,阐述了故障的检查方法、判断依据、处理方法。一旦出现故障就要尽快修复,节省维修时间,减少对生产的影响。实际维修保养过程中灵活运用各种方法,达到快速检查找到故障点并修复的目的。
According to the European 590C DC speed regulator for DC speed regulation system as an example, describes the DC speed regulating system of the basic methods for repair and maintenance; fault examples, expounds the fault checking method, judgment,processing method. Once the failure will be repaired as soon as possible, save repair time, reduce the influence on the production.
