受基坑支撑影响的地下室劲性钢结构施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 高层建筑地下室常具有支撑密集、施工空间狭小等特点,常导致劲性钢结构与土建施工相互影响,影响施工效率与安装精度。为此,研究一种适合于受基坑支撑影响的地下室劲性钢结构施工技术,采用自制的微调定位措施,提高悬空地脚螺栓的安装精度;另外,通过优化劲性钢柱吊装方法,提高施工效率与安装精度,解决受基坑支撑影响下的劲性钢柱安装问题。并采用全站仪与水准仪进行监测,最大偏差均控制在3mm以内,取得了较好的效果。 The dense braces of the basement in a high-rise building and the narrow construction space often result in the interaction between the stiff steel structure and the civil construction as well as affecting the construction efficiency and installation accuracy. Therefore, in order to study a suitable construction technology of stiff steel structure in the basement influenced by shoring of trench, the homemade fine-tuning positioning measure is taken to improve the installation accuracy of hanging foundation bolt. In addition, by optimizing the stiff steel structure hoisting methods the construction efficiency and installation accuracy are improved, the problem of installation of stiffness steel column which is influenced by the shoring of trench has been solved. What's more, the total station and water level are used for monitoring so that the maximum deviation is within 3 mm.
