摘要
针对混凝土泵车液压双向变量泵排量调节系统,阐述了其结构、组成元件及工作原理,利用AMESim软件平台建立该系统的仿真模型,进行了各个仿真元件的参数设置和模拟仿真。特别是对使用HCD分体元件库构成的液控伺服阀和变量伺服油缸的构成过程以及其参数的设置过程进行了详细的描述。模拟仿真表明基于AMESim的该系统的仿真模型符合实际系统的运行结果,为该系统实际排量调节控制提供理论依据,节省实验费用和时间。
This article aims at hydraulic bidirectional variable pump displacement system of the concrete pump truck, expounds the displacement system of the structure, components and working principle, built the simulation model of the system using AMESim software platform, have each simulation component parameter Settings and simulation. Especially to the process and its parameter setting process of hydraulic controlled servo valve and the structure of variable cylinder used of HCD fission element library were described in details. Simulation shows that results of the system based on AMESim simulation conform to the actual system, provides the theory basis for the actual displacement control of the system, and save the experiment cost and time.
