在铁路线路上进行大型养路机械清筛施工,天窗点内时间紧、任务重、安全压力大,如果再遇到捣固车电路板故障,又不能及时解决,就会给施工组织带来很大困难,甚至可能会导致延点、给铁路安全运输生产造成恶劣影响,因此,制作足够数量的备用板以便现场及时更换不失为一项安全举措。YD32Ⅳ型捣固车包括十几种能实现作业控制的电路板,而Protel 99 SE是一款功能强大的电路辅助设计工具,论文主要对Protel 99 SE制作联锁板的过程做了分析,并对此实践应用作了总结与展望。

During the Construction of Railway Track Under Cleaning on railway lines by using the Large Track Maintenance Machine, facing with the tight time, heavy task and great pressure of safety under headway, if we encounter some circuit board fault of Tamping Machine, while these problems are not solved in time, it will must bring very great difflcnlty to the Construction Organization, may even cause the constructing time to be lengthened and serious aftereffects to safe railway transportation and production. Therefore, making enough circuit boards for the later use so as to replace them timely in the construction site is one of the safety measures. YD32IV tamping machine includes more than ten kinds of circuit board which can realize the operation control, while Protel 99 SE is a powerful circuit aided design tool, this paper mainly analysis on the making process of interlocking circuit board, and then summarize and prospect this practical application.
