摘要
针对列车轮对检修后,轴颈和轴承不能达到最大量选配及选配组合不佳的情况,通过研究轮对检修技术、轴颈轴承选配原则、轴颈轴承标准,建立数学模型,设计一套轴承轴颈智能选配方法,并得到了较好的理论结果。
Regarding the problem that the matching of .journals and bearings cannot be up to the maximum amount or the matching isnot optimal after repair of wheel sets, the authors study the technology of wheel-set inspection and maintenance, the principles of matching bearings and journals, the standards on bearings and journals, set up mathematical models, design an intelligent method for matching bearings and journals, and get a better theoretical resuhs.
