Analyzing the Structure of Clip for Steady Tube Manufactured by Metal Stamping

针对冲压式定位管卡子使用中出现断裂的情况,进行断裂试样断口分析和有限元受力分析。结合定位管卡子的结构、生产工艺和使用工况易使其在现场开裂的情况,提出改进建议。

Aiming at the fracture of clip for steady tube manufactured by metal stamping, the author analyzes the fracture surface of the corresponding samples and carries out analysis on the stresses by FEM. Taking into account the structure of the clips for steady tubes, processing technology, and the fact that clips might easily crack under current application situation, the author gives some suggestions.
