摘要
随着铁路货运组织改革的深入实施,铁路全面推行"一口价"收费和全程物流业务,为客户提供"一条龙服务",不断强化门到门服务功能,对铁路全面参与物流市场竞争具有重要意义。本文系统分析铁路门到门运输物流资源及作业过程,研究对其进行数字化、精细化的过程管理,并以北京铁路局为例提出了铁路门到门运输服务管理系统建设方案。
With the thorough implementation of the reform of railway freight transport organization, railway was fully promoting "fixed price" fee and the whole logistics business, which provided customer "onepackage service" and strengthened the door-to-door service function continuously. It was quite significant fur railway to participate entirely in the competition of logistics market. This paper analyzed the railway door-to-door transportation of logistics resources and operation process, researched on the digital and fine process management to the process and proposed construction scheme of Railway Door-to-door Transportation ServiceInformation System, which was based on the case study of Beijing Railway Administration.
