摘要
针对列车早晚点运行或大面积晚点时,铁路局与代管站综控室工作人员沟通不畅,导致综控室工作人员工作量增加,造成广播与引导信息发布错误的问题,本文在旅客服务集成管理平台的基础上,介绍了远程语音模块的功能,并对其关键技术进行了研究,该模块最大的特点是使集成管理平台具备融合通信的能力,实现中心站操作台对全体代管站对讲机和广播系统的远程呼叫,增强集中管理、提高工作效率。实践结果表明,该模块的应用起到了对车站和铁路局减员增效、统一管理、节能降耗的目的。
Aiming at the problems that the communication between railway administration and station wasn't smooth, which led to the increased workload in integrated control room and broadcast errors as well as releasederrors, based on the Passenger Service Integration Management Platform, this paper introduced the function and key technologies of remote voice module, the most prominent feature of this module was the ability ofintegrated communication, thus implemented the remote call and broadcast system from center station console to escrow station, strengthened the centralized management and improved work efficiency. The practice resultsindicated that this module could be effectively applied to production, which implemented the purposes of downsizing to improve efficiency and also unified management as well as energy saving.
