摘要
铁路信息系统故障处理联动平台规避了传统信息系统故障处理不能够全过程实时掌控的弊端,实现了故障处理有时间、有记录、有结果、有反馈的严格闭环管理。设备资源管理模块实现了每一套信息系统档案健全、透明公开、实时检索,大大提高了信息系统故障处理效率。知识库、经验库模块起到了技术交流的作用,为新职工搭起快速学习的桥梁,也为各业务系统之间搭建起快速协作的通道,确保铁路运输工作的安全稳定。
The Fault Handling Linkage Platform for Railway Information System avoided disadvantage of untimely management, implemented closed-loop management which included time, recording, result andfeedback. Each System in equipment recourse management module had complete and open files and search timely. The function of technological exchange was made by knowledge model and experience model. Thesemodels made it easier for new stuff learning. This platform ensured cooperation between different systems and safety of railway transportation.
