This paper taken the development of high-speed railway enterprise staff training higher requirements as the background, analyzed the requirements, design ideas and goals of Training Management System for high-speed railway operation workers. The System was designed and implemented. Networking and information based management could be implemented by this System. It provided decision makers with good data.
