某公立医院青年志愿者工作的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on youth volunteers from a public hospital

青年志愿者是医院服务的重要载体,是建立和谐医患关系的中坚力量。激励青年认真学习志愿者精神,培养健康的心理,对医院开展志愿者服务、和谐医患关系具有非常重要意义。采用随机采样方法,对535名医院青年志愿者进行问卷调查和访谈,分析了医院青年志愿者具备的思想政治水平、对某些问题的不同认知及可能遇到的来自多方面的压力;并对缓解志愿者的压力及提高对不同问题的认知能力提出了可行的建议。

The young volunteers are important carriers of hospital services. They are the backbones on establishing harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Encouraging youth to seriously study the volunteer spirit and cultivating healthy psychology are very important on carrying out voluntary service and shaping harmonious doctor and patient relationship. 535 hospital young volunteers were randomly selected to have an interview and questionnaire to analyze the political quality, different awareness on some topics and pressures of those young volunteers. Suggestions on smoothing volunteers’ pressures and improving quality are mentioned.
