摘要
目的建立溶剂解吸气相色谱同时快速测定工作场所空气中共存的正己烷、苯、甲苯、对-二甲苯、间-二甲苯、邻-二甲苯、乙苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丁酮、丙酮和三氯乙烯多种有机毒物的分析方法。方法采用气相色谱法,活性炭管吸附空气中有机毒物,二硫化碳解吸,经HP-FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测。结果分离效果理想,相关系数r均〉0.999;相对标准偏差范围在1.1%-6.8%之间;最低检出限范围0.10-0.79μg/mL;空气中最低检出浓度范围0.1-0.5mg/m3;解吸效率范围90.9-97.8%。结论方法简单、快速、准确,适用于工作场所空气中多种有机物毒物的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of multi- component toxic substancesincluding-hexane, benzene, toluene, p- xylene, m- xylene, o- xylene, ethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone,butanone, trichloroethylene in workplace air by solvent desorption gas chromatography.Methods The organic toxicants inthe air were isolated by HP- FFAP capillary chromatographic column, FID detector after activated carbon adsorption,desorption with carbon disulfide desorption solution. Results The isolation of the toxicants was satisfactory with a correlationcoefficient of 0.999; the relative standard deviation was between 1.1-6.8%; the lowest detection limits in the range was0.10-0.79μg/ml; the lowest detectable concentration was 0.1-0.5mg/m3 in the air and the resolution rate was in the range of90.9-97.8%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate. It is suitable for simultaneous determination of severaltoxic organic pollutants in workplace air.
