摘要
目的探讨影响"降低护士艾滋病歧视培训"效果的因素,为降低艾滋病歧视培训工作提供参考。方法对参加降低护士艾滋病歧视培训的150名临床护士培训前后得分情况和基本资料进行相应的统计学分析分析。结果 150名临床护士培训前的艾滋病相关知识、歧视态度和护理相关行为等三项指标得分均值分别为(49.73±3.78)、(47.01±3.69)和(36.09±2.89),培训后6个月得分均值分别为(59.01±3.98)、(52.22±5.18)和(38.12±3.01);艾滋病相关知识得分与态度和行为得分强相关(知识和态度r=0.52,知识和行为(r=0.31,P<0.05),态度和行为得分无强相关性(P<0.05);不同科室和不同工作年限护士三项指标得分无统计学意义。不同艾滋病人护理经验护士在护理行为方面得分有统计学意义(F=3.80,P<0.05),不同学历护士在知识得分(F=3.49,P<0.05)方面、行为得分方面(F=4.68,P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论艾滋病相关知识培训是基础,培训效果的巩固与心理干预和护士认知的改变相关。
Objective To analyze factors influencing effect of training of nurses for reducing discrimination towardsAIDS patients. Methods The results of training of 150 clinical nurses attended the training course on reducingdiscrimination toward patients were analyzed before and after training. Results The scores of HIV/AIDS related knowledge,discrimination attitude and Nursing standard behavior before training were(49.73 ± 3.78),(47.01±3.69) and(36.09 + 2.89);andthose were(59.01±3.98),(52.22±5.18) and(38.12 ±3.01)six months after training, showing that the scores of HIV/AIDS relatedknowledge and behavior of the nurses were positively correlated( r=0.31, P〈0.05, but there was no correlation was noticedbetween attitude and behavior(P〈0.05; No significant differences were observed in three scores among nurses in differentdepartments and with different working duration. Significant difference was noticed among nurses in nursing experience of HIV/AIDS patients(F=3.80,P〈0.05. The knowledge and behavior nurses of nurses with higher education levels also showedsignificant difference compared to those with low education levels(F=3.49, P〈0.05 and(F=4.68, P〈0.05. Conclusion HIV/AIDS related knowledge training can effectively reduce the discrimination attitude of nurses toward HIV/AIDS patients.
