接尘作业人员结核病健康体检结果分析

Detection of tuberculosis infection from workers exposed to dust in enterprises

目的分析某企业接尘作业人员肺结核检出情况,为制定针对此类人群结核病防治措施提出建议。方法采用现况调查方法,2013年对某企业591名工人进行包括X线检查项目在内的健康体检,用Excel对体检资料建立数据库,使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果共检查591人,其中胸片显示异常阴影者55人,发现肺结核患者10例,接尘作业人员肺结核检出率为1.942%,远高于全国459/10万平均水平。肺结核患病率在性别和年龄方面差异无统计学意义。结论接尘作业人员是肺结核高危人群,应加强对这类人群的结核病发现工作。

Objective To analyze the results of detection of tuberculosis（TB） among dust-exposed workers in a factory. Methods Tuberculosis infection in 951 workers exposed to dust in a factory in 2013 were detected by using chest X ray in agroup health examination. The database was established aided by Excel and analyzed by using SPSS 17.0. Results Totally951 workers were examined and 55 persons were abnormal in chest X-ray and 10 tuberculosis cases were detected with theincidence rate of 1,942/100,000 in dust-exposed workers, much higher than the national average level of 459/100,000 ingeneral population. No significant difference in prevalence between gender and age were noticed. Conclusion Dust-exposedworkers are high-risk group for tuberculosis infection and the case finding aimed at this group should be strengthened.
