临摹相同字帖笔迹检验研究

On Handwriting Authentication from the Same Copybook of Calligraphy

汉字在我国上下五千年的历程中得到不断的发展,在各类需要进行笔迹鉴定的案件和纠纷中,经常遇到作案人或当事人练习过楷书或行书等字帖,难以判定是否为同一人所书写的情形,从而增加检验难度。通过文献查阅法和综合实验法,归纳出临摹相同字帖笔迹的特征种类及特征变化规律,研究其笔迹特征的特定性和稳定性,探索具体检验方法,为准确鉴定该类字迹寻求理论支持,并直接应用于实际案件鉴定工作,为刑事案件的侦破和民事案件的审理提供科学的、可靠的鉴定意见。

Chinese characters have been developing for thousands of years.In many cases and disputes requiring handwriting authentication,it is difficult to determine whether the handwriting is written by a certain person or not because the offender or the party involved has been practicing writing regular script,running hand or other scripts from copybooks of calligraphy.By means of document retrieval and comprehensive experiment,this thesis sums up the characteristics and variation patterns of different people＇s handwriting when copying the same copybook of calligraphy,studies the characteristics and stability of the handwriting,explores specific methods of authentication,seeks theoretical support for the accurate authentication of the handwriting,directly applies the methods to actual cases,and provides scientific and reliable expert opinion for the detection of criminal cases and the trial of civil cases.
